Katharine Wolf is founder of Odetta.ai, an on-demand outsourcing platform enabling companies to delegate digital tasks more easily. Odetta is based in San Francisco, with a team of thousands of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Developers, from 30 different countries around the world. Odetta's mission is to provide flexible work at scale to underemplyed women globally in regions where it's needed most. Prior to founding Odetta, Katharine was an early employee and first business hire at Behalf, a venture backed fintech company where she ran sales, and account management. Katharine started her career at Deutsche Bank in Leveraged Finance in NY and pAris and also founded and ran a microfinance bank in Vietnam. While in graduate studies, she helped to launch OrganJet, a healthcare company that helps patients get organ transplants faster. She holds a BA from Middlebury, MBA from Stanford and MPA-ID from Harvard. One of the more unique things about her is that she is the only girl in a set of quadruplets.
