When life looks dismal, how do we get into the right mindset to be kind? Why does kindness towards others make us feel better ourselves? Is kindness contagious? What are some of the small things we can do every day to exercise kindness and for strangers, and for people we know?
Evolutionary anthropologist Dan Fessler is director of the recently launched UCLA Bedari Kindness Institute. He is joined by UCLA College of Letters and Science’s Melissa Abraham to discuss how kindness may look different, but abounds even in these difficult times.
These virtual conversations will be conducted via Zoom. Those who RSVP to the webinar will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom details prior to the event date.
